Global Director, Marketing Operations, Quiksilver

2018 – 2022

Responsible for the design, execution and operations of all end-to-end content production, marketing processes, systems and reporting, working to accelerated timelines with multi-seasonal crossovers.

Responsibilities include - overseeing production and management of all marketing assets at both global and regional level, managing a diverse creative team in multiple locations (Americas/EMEA/SPAC), handling global ecom content operations, unlocking and scoping multi-channel briefs, trafficking, constructing in-depth schedules and timelines, decisive and effective problem solving throughout the lifespan of projects.

 

Head of Production, Burberry

2015 - 2018

Oversaw all creative content production end-to-end, managing a large, fully integrated, hybrid production team in a highly pressurised and fast-moving environment. 

Responsibilities included - working directly with the senior leadership team including CCO/CEO Christopher Bailey, producing key fashion, beauty and fragrance campaigns and TVCs, scoping and shaping briefs, building and coordinating scheduling and timelines, controlling a large content capture budget end-to-end, handling legal needs and A-list talent negotiation.

 

Senior Producer, Burberry

2014 - 2015

Produced key 360˚ brand, fragrance and beauty campaigns working directly with Chief Creative Officer, Christopher Bailey. Managed all stills productions across multiple channels including shows and events, producing end-to-end capture. Oversaw a team of 4 producers; including recruitment, resourcing and individual development.

Production Manager, Burberry

2013 - 2014

Produced 360˚ brand and beauty campaigns working directly with the creative consultant.  Helped define briefs, ensuring creative and strategy were fully aligned. Negotiated fees, usage and contracts.

 

Picture Editor, Tatler Condé Nast Publications

2010 - 2013

Commissioned and produced high-end covers, reportage, and portraiture features.  Concepted visuals, researched all imagery for the title and ensured creative briefs were fully realized.  Sourced upcoming fresh photography talent to collaborate with. Managed the picture desk team; negotiating fees, usage rights, budgets, invoicing and administration.
